One of the most common causes of electrical fires is overloaded sockets
It's important to fully unwind drum extensions leads. If you leave them coiled, they can overheat and cause a fire.
Take a look at the link below so see the consequences of not unwinding an extension lead. Luckily this person saw it before the lead caught fire. Please do not let this happen to you, it’s preventable.
