I am passionate about working alongside women during pregnancy, birth and postnatally. As well as working as a doula, I teach hypnobirthing, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, baby massage, baby and toddler yoga and enjoy working with massage clients from all walks of life, as well as specialising in pregnancy and postnatal massage. I offer birth preparation retreats, mum and baby retreats and women's

retreats. I believe each woman should be able to choose her preferred path through pregnancy, birth and motherhood, free of judgement. Each woman's journey is unique and I aim to support her in having the most empowering, complete experience possible, whatever that may mean for her.
