I have a ten page article on landscape photography in this months Photography Monthly magazine. It has come out well so am very pleased.

I am up in London at the moment doing some architectural photography for my book, the image with this post is a sketch for a photograph I am going to take tonight when hopefully the tripod police will be somewhere else...

Black & white landscape photos can be very striking indeed. But, there are many things to think about in the field, and in the editing room.

It was the warm colours of the slate mixed with the cold blue reflected light that caught my eye. At the moment it's one of my favourite abstract photographs of the inner landscape.
