Purpose made joinery for a period property that had some age related water ingress issues. 🙌

New sash & sill formed by hand to match existing timber work.
Traditional single pane glazing with putty beads.

Once finished & painted with gloss it’ll be as good as new, matching in with the existing property charm and should hopefully last for over another 100yrs just like the original. 🪚🔨🖤

Timber framing, incorporating pipe boxing to house gas pipes, anthracite fascia to match extension & ornate entrance gates, white upvc cladding to the ceiling. Finished with twin flush pir & 6x led spots installed by CM Electrics.

This week we’re mainly fitting FD60 fire doors. 14x in total with frame & architrave upgrades on x8 to suit.
15mm intumescent strips, fire rates hinges, latch & lock sets & self closers on each.

Super large 8m x3m gazebo completed last week, also extending the existing decking area to blend in once treated.
This whole unit was custom made to measure on site for our customer as no other companies would quote for the size required.
Looking stunning, can’t wait to see the pictures once it gets some mood lighting & furniture installed.

1.8m close board fencing, new posts & rails, with a purpose made gate to suit. All fencing timbers come tantalised/treated to ensure they last for many years.
