The towns of Aberaeron and Aberystwyth are 20-30 minutes by car. Downstairs bathroom. Has its own fenced garden area with BBQ. Secure shed for bikes/equipment. Nearby forest tracks for off-road cycling/walks. A haven for wildlife, including red kites, buzzards and rare species of plants.

Many thanks to everybody who worked so hard to get it done from my tree surgeons, landscaping diggers, electricians, fencing, plumbers, friends with tips and advice and little helpers at the end.. 💕 It was a pleasure working with them all.
