Often a client’s first question is “how does it all work?” in regard to . In simple terms, is a two-step process that is quick, cheaper and more and kinder to the environment than normal construction methods.

First, we build your modular unit in a , this enables the team to tightly control and organised the process which in turn cuts down costs that we can pass onto you.

Second, when the units are on site our construction teams assemble them according to your requirements, the units are lowered into site via one by one to create your building. When the is in place, we then add features such as stairs and lifts and create internal divisions, and lastly we add your chosen facades and hook up gas and electricity and water.
