When will I get my refund for my holiday cancellation?

We are working through all re-bookings and refunds as quickly as possible. However, due to the volume of enquiries, this is taking much longer than our normal level of service. Because of this, the refund may take up to 28 days from the date it was requested.

We apologise for the delay and if we can get it back to you sooner, of course we will. Please bear with us and our customer care teams and thank you for understanding.
