Our beautiful 3 + 1 bedroom, open plan family home is located just 10 minute walk to the centre of the quiet traditional village of Yeşilüzümlü.

The Area of this villa is well laid out for comfortable living with a private gated driveway for 2 cars, Steps lead to the front door and the garden wraps around the property. Following the path around the side of the house will lead you to the garden and to one of the best views over the beautiful Uzumlu valley.

The pool of this property is a large L-shaped with walk in steps and 2 ladder steps, it also incorporates Jakuzzi jets, the bathing area has 6 sun beds with cushions used for relaxing by the pool, grabbing an afternoon nap or enjoying time with friends.
This house has been built into the a gentle slope of the hillside giving a guaranteed panoramic view. It is also locate next to a large plot to ensure nothing will be built in front to preserve the views of the mountain range.

Steps lead from the road and driveway to a lovely courtyard, as you enter this home you are directly into a very large open plan living area that has floor to ceiling windows all round to capture the panoramic view.
