A lunchtime stroll in Princes Street Gardens whilst working on a Hospitality Desk for a corporate group this week.
I am enjoying looking for some different photos in the city
Come for a walk around Loch Dunmore in Faskally Woods near Pitlochry.
It is a flat all abilities trail that follows a figure of 8 shape around the loch. You will see plenty of wildlife - we had teal, merganser and golden eye ducks yesterday.
Wherever you go in Scotland, make time to go for a walk.
You asked, so here are a few videos of the flood gates open at Pitlochry dam. It is so powerful and we saw a number of trees floating down the loch that will have gone over the dam.
The water levels have dropped a bit on the loch today and the flooding down the valley is not as severe as it was, but more rain is forecast in the west tomorrow - most of which makes its way east via the major rivers, so we'll have to keep an eye on things.
Plenty of roads are still closed due to flooding and landslips, Argyll and Bute having been hit hard and quite a few still out in Perthshire. Let's hope it can be sorted quickly once the waters go down.
The view from the ferry as we head over to Stornoway. It is surprisingly warm outside on deck !
