We had to leave it in Spain as we flew home after a complete shut down, local Fiat dealers were unable to diagnose and were going to order various new parts (eg ECU at over 1,700€, fuse board 200€ etc) so we had it transported back to the UK and dropped off at Travelworld.
We feared a massive bill, a new engine? a new gearbox? Loads of parts thrown at the problem hoping they would fall lucky and resolve the problem? No, after some great diagnosing from Alex it turns out to be a broken CAN wire and are all back up and running with no parts required And a week earlier than quoted.
Hope to be be back on the road soon ‘searching for sites‘😉

Stopovers and campsites that allow a service stop for non residents to empty toilet cassette, get fresh water, drain grey water tanks- some also allow use of showers.
Find them all on the searchforsites website or app and use the filters to search for "Service Stop" or look for the service stop icon in the list of facilities

A historic sea side pub and restaurant in a great location that openly welcomes motorhomes to stay overnight and where you can wake up to uninterrupted sea views in their quiet and secluded car park .
Overnight parking is free, all they ask is you let them know in advance and pop in for a meal during your visit.
Pubstop of the year for 2023 will be announced next week.

New iOS and Android releases
There are new versions of the app in the app store which include a revised database layout that will force a sync of the data as though you are a new user (even though you may not be)
This will hopefully rectify problems people have had viewing reviews
If however the sync has stuck the best way to fix will be to uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store - this will ensure you have the latest full version

We are aware of some issues around website performance and download speeds - I have reported this to a our service providers and unfortunately being a bank holiday their responses have also been a bit slow!

I think we are back on line - problem has been resolved - maps should now be visible to everyone - you may need to restart the app to pick up the change but as far as we can see the maps are now working

How things can change so quickly when you can finally get in touch with the people that matter. Hold on tight it looks like we might be getting somewhere.
Although not fixed yet we have identified the issue now we just need a solution.
An update to the Mapbox issue as of 18:30 Mar 14th
The support team have acknowledged our issues and have started investigation - Don't forget they are 7 hours behind us so not much else is likely to happen today
We are aware of an issue where maps may not be loading for some users - we are working on a solution and will hopefully resolve quickly but we are dealing with Mapbox who are based in San Francisco USA with a 7 hour time difference so there may be a delay in getting this resolved.
This should not stop the app from working completely but just the level of detail shown on the base map - Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
