Due to a burst water main in the area, much of the county has been without water. Dwr Cymru Welsh Water confirmed they completed the repair yesterday (17/01/2025) lunchtime, but it can take up to 48 hours for the network to be fully restored.

Whilst we are aware this morning of positive news that water is being restored in certain areas, some businesses may remain closed today (18/01/2025). This includes both our Tourist Information Centres in Llandudno and Conwy.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. We will update here if anything changes.

If you are planning to travel to the area, please check with the individual businesses you plan on visiting to determine whether they are open.

Please go to the Welsh Water website for further information
