Beautiful Tenby. The sand reminds me of soft brown sugar. Feels gorgeous under your toes. Best not to eat it though 😂. But I did get a lovely paddle last week. Ankle deep for me. Not quite as brave as the cold water swimmers.

And after the vast and windswept Freshwater West ( now of Harry Potter fame too) a little skip and a hop took us over the headland to sheltered West Angle Bay with the Wavecrest Cafe. But on the way we passed this little delightful stall. I just love anything individual and quirky. Hats off to a great little private enterprise.

Lovely Tenby. 6.55 miles. . walked today in town and on beaches and I didn't even notice it. That's what Tenby does to us. So easy to get your steps in walking next to the rolling waves 😊😊

We'll today Tenby your sea was stunning. Like a glass. The Gower was so clear and we could even see the coast of Devon. The air was still and the sun so bright. Took my breath away
