The redevelopment continues…new bathrooms, extended day room & picture windows are all taking shape.

All available rental weeks have been sold out for 2023, we have some availability between May - July for 2024.

For those that have tried to book our already stunning villa for this summer, you will noticed that there has been no availability.

The reason being we are having a major facelift, to the next level of luxury - new lounge area, new bathrooms, new bedrooms…

Over the next few months we will keep you updated as the work progresses...here is the work from the first few days!

To say we are excited to see the finished version is an understatement.

This weekend is 4 years since we bought Marina Elia...over that time we've literally refurbished every room, knocked out virtually every wall, ripped out every piece of dark mahogany wood, renovated the pool, full external reconstruction of the gardens, etc etc...so we've also had a new set of pictures taken to share with everyone.

Now we are renting again, we also been pretty busy, and most weeks are taken...including certain months in 2023.

If you are interested in renting, give us a shout...prices from £1500 per week.

Starting to get seriously warm…but don’t be fooled by the glossy photos.

We like to keep our pool around 28-30…so you can pop yourself in without freezing certain bits off 🥵🥵🥵…but be aware not all pools are the same 🥶🥶🥶
