Lieu : Chamonix, Les Bossons
Type d'emploi : Temps plein, contrat CDD

Nous recherchons un Responsable de Chalet et des ventes pour superviser deux chalets de luxe. Vous gérerez tous les aspects de la vie au chalet, en assurant des standards élevés de service client et une expérience exceptionnelle pour les invités. Cela inclut la supervision d'une petite équipe, le développement des ventes du chalet, et la gestion des opérations quotidiennes.

Responsabilités principales :

Assurer un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé aux invités
Superviser les opérations du chalet (ménage, maintenance, restauration)
Diriger et former une petite équipe
Développer les ventes en répondant aux demandes, en finalisant les réservations, et en suivant les pistes commerciales
Gérer les budgets du chalet et les paiements des invités
Gérer les plaintes des clients et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels
Qualifications :

Expérience confirmée en gestion hôtelière (chalet de luxe ou similaire)
Expérience solide en ventes, avec un historique de succès dans la conclusion de réservations
Compétences en leadership, organisation et communication
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
Avantages : Hébergement, forfaits de ski, location de matériel inclus.
