Hey there, sorry I’ve been quiet on here - summer was busy and on top of that I wrote and performed an ambitious and madcap feline show at Edinburgh Fringe. Look out for CatGPT folks, it’s like nothing you’ve ever seen!
Meanwhile here life goes on and it’s all looking very special right now - I’ve just taken these pics. I’m trying to get more direct bookings so if you want the ultimate meat-free countryside break in a historic cottage then PM me direct. There’s good availability at the moment - if this has been on your to-do list now is a good time. Last night you could see the Milky Way from the hot tub, the nearby sea is warm and there’s fresh veg and foraging galore. Or plan ahead and bring your team for a very relaxed Xmas!

It’s all about edible flowers this month - cowslips, wild garlic, magnolia and cuckoo flower are making some very pretty meals! Where else can you get healthy homegrown meals like this in such tranquil Welsh surroundings? It feels like summer here at the moment - and it’s available this weekend if you feel like a change of gear ;-)
