Having trained as a chef in my early career and then working in the food industry as a supplier to the food industry for a number of years I often asked myself how much happier I could be running my own business in food and being at the sharp end of the business, or in this case the hot end! After all this was my heritage and roots and I found myself magnetized back. On one rainy Sunday lunchtime,

I was tasked with making the Sunday lunch for all the family. I stared out into the garden at the pizza oven my son and I had lovingly built in the garden two summers before, and so decided we were having home-made pizza for lunch! The whole family laughed, as the weather was far from ideal – much to my wife’s dismay – but the oven worked it’s magic, We had a great time together with friends, the pizza’s tasted great and it was one of the best Sunday meal experiences we could enjoy as a family. Thoughts of the traditional Sunday dinner was far from our minds and it’s a day I will never forget! Wood fired pizzas really do have a beautiful taste of their own. It was at that moment, combined with my love of outdoor eating that the dream of starting a mobile pizza business was born! All I needed was an avenue to offer the same lovely rustic pizzas charred to perfection and a chewy crust that we enjoyed on that Sunday and where better?, pop ups, street markets, food fairs, local pubs, corporate events, village halls and the like. In the coming week’s and month’s, The Mobile Pizza Co was born and I’ve enjoyed the outdoor pizza street food life ever since! The Mobile Pizza Co attends lots of different and most of our business comes from people who’ve tasted our pizza’s and booked us for their own private or business functions. For me, the real fun part of this business is meeting people and cooking food that people really enjoy. Clinton

There’s always a good reason to visit us tonight even more so

We have all our usual pizzas

We have free sweets for children even those just trick-or-treating. Please don’t feel that you need to buy a pizza.

We also have the return of our dirty wedges

We suggest you go with the pizza route like New York fries, tomato, mozzarella, jalapeños, etc.

Or other option is a homemade chili perfect for this time of year and obviously being the mobile pizza co , are 100% homemade, you will not taste a better chill than this guaranteed.

These tend to be one of our most popular sides. Don’t miss out. They’re 7 pounds each.

Thanks to all yesterday who supported us, at Colchester market, I can’t say it was busy, but what I can say is,
I do love working in a market environment all the different types of people, all the different produce from other traders, good food from other trades, local stuff it makes you feel part of the community and you get to know people and that’s lovely.

Friday evening saw us at The Greyhound Chevington , awesome as always back there next Friday, of course for the first Friday of every month.

Today you can catch one of the vans at Chesterwell 5 to 7pm

Then Sunday, he finishes the week yet another awesome pub Arcade Street Tavern and no these guys call me. I don’t keep going to pub speak for any other reason 🍺😂

and I don’t like starting Xmas early. But it is all in the planning, so attached is the Christmas menu for pre-bookings, corporate and parties, etc. and as always, you will see these options on our normal street food menu near the time

Our signature dough, San Marzano sauce, fior di latte mozzarella, sausage from the local butcher,, squash from the garden,, homemade onion, chutney and drizzled with EVO oil, done.

Chesterwell Community HubToday is Chesterwell of course as always five till seven every Thursday pre-ordering advise for this one. I often go alone and it gets busy.

Friday is the lovely Stanstead 6 to 8pm
The bars open so you can sit inside and enjoy your pizzas too if you wish.

Also, Friday is our spot in Hargrave again bars open drinks are good. Pizzas are good. Please call in, six till 8 PM

Then a short hop, sees us over in Chevington serving until 10 PM for the music night The Greyhound Chevington

Saturday, of course is the ITFC game at the awesome Arcade Street Tavern before and after the game.

Whilst the second van on Saturday is at Trinity Park five till 10pm

Normal menu will be available plus the special mentioned above and thanks for supporting us into the autumnal period 🍕🔥😉🤌❤️👍🍷🍺⚽️🎵🍝😀

Well we done it again, our authentic base with proper San marzano pizza sauce, fior di latte mozzarella of course and topped with spicy sausage and our homemade bacon jam, and as we’re at Jimmy's Farm & Wildlife Park this weekend seemed only right to use their bacon, a perfect fusion pizza, traditional but naughty, available this wk at all locations.
