Part Time – Office Administrator (flexible - 18 hours per week)
There is an exciting opportunity to join Southwell County Homes, one of the areas most respected builders. We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our existing team to help complete our biggest development to date.
Ideal Candidate will have experience of working in fast paced environment, ideally within the Construction Industry.
Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work on your own initiative.
Excellent interpersonal skills
* The Role
* Booking in the Utility companies for connections, meter fittings and calling off mains laying.
* Submitting meter readings and checking Utility bills
* Submitting C.I.T.B claims
* Provide admin support for the team, such as, handling and responding to all customer correspondence, collate site/office paperwork and filing.
* Completing customer upgrade, flooring and tile selection forms.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance of site vehicles
* Ensuring welcome packs are sent out
* Ensure snagging reports are completed and updated as the work is completed.
* Updating social media
Working Conditions
Flexible working hours - ( minimum 18 hours per week )
