Latest bridge over the River Clyde taking shape. When completed, will rejoin 2 historical areas of rich heritage. 1500 years ago, Partick was a royal residence of the Kingdom of Strathclyde and Govan, the spiritual centre with monumental stones of Pictish & Viking origin & more recently the very centre of a proud shipbuilding industry.
