Dear All, I hope you are all well and safe. There is so much time to spend at home these days as we experience this unprecedented time of our lives! Now I have the chance to explain what we do and our passion here at Collection NP. I started NP Marketing in 2008 as a marketing agency for the hospitality sector. In 2013, Collection NP was launched with the goal to share info about our hotels and special destinations. I have been in the hospitality business for 2 generations and I am passionate about travel and hotels; I was lucky to run our family hotel in Italy (Hotel Sporting in Fiuggi) for a few years when I then moved to London in 1995 to start my career in the luxury hotel business; working at the Hyde Park by Forte Hotels, at The Dorchester, opening the St Regis in Rome on behalf of Starwood and then back to London at the International Sales Office of Ritz-Carlton and involved with the opening of the very first Bulgari Hotel in Milan; I loved working for some amazing companies. The first hotels I started representing were Hotel Bel Air in Los Angeles and the New York Palace in New York, I then expanded joining forces with ATP Heathcote and worked for some beautiful properties like Castello del Nero in Tuscany, Andara Resort & Villas in Thailand, Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, Salamander Hotels & Golf Resorts in the US and most recently also Luxe Collection. The hotels we represent are independent and unique, they are known by us as we only talk about hotels and destinations that we know well and are close to our hearts.
Based in London but with partners globally, we act as the extended arm of your S*M Team and are dedicated to your unique business. Our aim is to support your company in initiating, developing and cementing personal relationships within key markets. Our traditional Sales & Marketing approach includes face to face sales calls, agent trainings, presentations, roadshow organisations, 'chaperone' assistance to your sales staff visiting the UK, trade shows management and special events, pre and post event attendance and follow up. We also help you maximise your sales liaising with your main GDS providers like LHW, Preferred, SLH to name a few; we help you with the RFP process for both the corporate and the consortia clients, we assist you with the tour operators, including concierge and lifestyle companies. After many years in the field we are able to follow also the latest trends in digital marketing making sure to be always engaged with news and offers and increase your presence within social media and provide access to the key players within the luxury travel industry.
