I have been making cakes and decorating for over ten years, giving me a lot of experience. Here is a recollection of a few cakes which I have made and decorated. My most popular cake is my Classic Marble Coffee Cake. However, I also make delicious chocolate, carrot, orange and lemon, fruit and other cakes. I work mainly with fondant but use butter-cream.
