Patricia has firsthand experience of using childcare, as she has interviewed and sourced childcare for her own family. economic climate, felxibility is key and we know the importance of having good, reliable childcare that you can trust so that parents can have peace of mind to work. All our carers are vetted by us, according to the standards set by the Association of Nanny Agencies, so we check all CRB records of childcarers – and we use the maximum method of checking, i.e. We also conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates and check at least two references (on the telephone and in writing) before sending them to you to meet. When you are a parent yourself, you know how hard it can be to leave your child in the hands of a total stranger, so we can ask potential candidates the questions we know parents need to know and only shortlist those candidates who meet OUR standards before you even hear about them.
