Always learning in this job. Been doing interior 3D modelling and renders for the first time, lighting in modelling is new to me but its been fun.
This proposal is for an office in the basement of a Grade A listed mill in Dundee.

Good to see this 'tiny house' near complete yesterday in Tayport. It's a two bedroom 47m2 holiday cottage next to a listed building, built using the stone from a wash house that existed on site. Very challenging through planning and building control but should make a nice holiday spot right on the Tay.

Our recently completed house in Balmerino has achieved an A - 99 rating on it's EPC. With the current energy crisis, bills of £714 per year would be most welcome!

This is the first 'affordable housing' we have been involved with and Hillcrest seem to be very happy with the result. They took some convincing to accept air source heat pumps for heating and hot water as it was new technology to them but for new build, its definitely the right solution.

This house in the Balmerino conservation area is approaching completion. Brian Doig Builders have made a great job of the stone and render finishes. Its's great to hear feedback from locals via the client that it 'fits in' to the picturesque setting. It is also very modern, with PV, MVHR and an ASHP to ensure it's energy use is extremely low.

I was introduced to this little building today and its total gem! The Patrick Alan Fraser Chapel at Arbroath Western cemetery. The stonework is incredible, such skill, care and time investment is hard to reconcile with modern construction but, wow, it blew me away.
