Just a reminder that new EU travel rules will be introduced next month (Nov). UK citizens will require biometric checks, including facial recognition and fingerprint scans when entering certain countries, Spain being one of them.
So, if you are visiting an EU country from the UK for a short stay on or after 10th November, you will now need to register fingerprints and a photo with your passport details. A short stay means up to 90 days within any 180-day period.

European Entry/Exit System will register non-EU nationals each time they are visiting European countries. Travelers will be able to check the number of days they are allowed to stay in Europe. It will make passport control faster and will replace the need for passports to be stamped.
