A growing trend I’ve found when reviewing CVs is Programme, PMO & Project Managers not pitching themselves at the right level of seniority!

It’s very British to undersell yourself, but when it comes to securing a decent day rate or salary then you have to bite the bullet and make sure your CV sells you at the rate you deserve.

Last week a client needed a quick turnaround CV for a role she was applying for, I managed to rearrange some of my less urgent commitments to accommodate her and she was subsequently invited to first stage interview due to her updated CV.
