This detached, two-storey, Liberty-style villa was built in the early 20th century and is located at the beginning of the town of Ponzalla on the state road, which leads to Passo del Giogo. Set in a hilly position on the slopes of the Tuscan Apennines and from where you can enjoy, especially from the villa’s terrace, splendid panoramic views overlooking the Mugello Valley. The property is accessed by a remote controlled gate. There is a spacious private garden with a gazebo equipped for outdoor dining and a beautiful swimming pool with views of the countryside.
