I am the recruitment analyst for Pexel Research Services, an independent market research company.
We are commissioned by a variety of clients to carry out research studies – no sales or marketing. We primarily collect our data via telephone interviews, both in the UK and internationally. Sometimes our clients ask us to track customer satisfaction; or evaluate brand perception; or capture attitudes towards proposed service changes. We carry out both quantitative and qualitative research, with other business and with consumers.
We are currently recruiting for French speakers for immediate starts as telephone market researchers. You would be phoning up customers of our client or a specific target audience to carry out interviews and gather data.
