Dont forget, the clock change is tomorrow night!

For toddlers and older children or those on a looser schedule, simply shift mealtimes and bedtime by 1 hour. For example, if your child's bedtime is 7pm stretch them to as close to 8pm as possible, but ensure they still wake at their usual time on Sunday morning.

If you decided the 10 minute change wasn't for you, or you have an older baby who is in an established routine, you can start adapting their bedtime, feed times, nap times by 20 minutes as of tomorrow morning. For example, if your child goes to bed at 7pm you will put them to bed at 7.20pm instead, Friday night would be 7.40pm and then 8pm on Saturday night.

It's nearly that time of year again..... The clock change!

There is a few options to help your little ones adjust to the clock change, starting tomorrow for younger babies or those who will benefit from a more gradual approach.

The 10 minute a day rule means you put back baby's bedtime, feed times, nap times by 10 minutes each day before the official clock change. For example if your child goes to bed at 7pm you will put them to bed at 7.10pm on Monday instead, Tuesday night would be 7.20pm and so on until you reach 8pm on Saturday night.

These smaller steps each day make it easier for baby to cope with.

Good morning!
⏰ Just a reminder it's that time of year again...
The clock change is approaching!
Here's some simple rules to minimise any disruption to your already established routine.
1-Starting tomorrow (Monday), bring bedtime, mealtimes, naps and bedtime 10-minutes earlier each daily.
You are looking to balance the hour change gradually so by the clock change there is no impact
2- If your baby is over 6 months old It is possible to do this in 20-minute reductions, by starting Thursday.
3-If you have minimal time and your baby is a little older on Saturday night put your baby to bed 30-minutes earlier than usual but work on having a busier day of activities so they are more tired by bedtime.
Remember, lots of fresh air and keep those bedrooms dark. BLACK OUT THOSE WINDOWS!
