I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning property back in March 2019 as part of a trip of a lifetime with

Anyone who’s had the good fortune to visit Patagonia will know its ability to leave an ever lasting imprint on your soul and time spent at EOLO will only ever enhance that.

The surrounding landscapes are vast and equally hard to for your mind to grasp. The hospitality delivered by Valentin and his team is second to none. The food is stunning (as you’d expect being part of ). The opportunity for adventure can be pretty much whatever your inner outdoor enthusiast desires.

Although we both said last night that settling into one of EOLO’s comfy sofas with your favourite book, postcard window in front of you, glass of Malbec by your side, watching the light and colours change over the landscape as the sun makes its way across the sky, is one hell of a way to spend your day!

I can’t wait to make that a reality one day soon 💫

Livelihood (noun) ‘a means of securing the necessities of life’.

Let’s not forget that the domestic and international travel and tourism industry supports millions of livelihoods around the globe.

No one within our industry is asking to put extra lives at risk due to Covid but we are asking to be noticed and not be continually cast aside as if we’re a disposable part of the economy. Because we’re not!

We either need government backing to start opening up travel safely and consistently or we need financial support to keep us alive and we need it now.

💎Local Hidden Gem💎

Don’t you just love it when you find a new hidden treasure right on your doorstep?! Well the new fits just that bill!

Just outside the village of Norley, in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, these cottages are only 10 minutes down the road from where I live but as soon as I stepped out of the car, I felt like I’d traveled to a completely different part of the country.

I had the pleasure of meeting with the lovely owners Olivia and Anna today and managed to get a peek inside The Old Barn & The Burrow (pictured). There are four cottages in total (three sleep 4 people, one sleeps 2), each one is self contained but could also work brilliantly for a larger group taking over them all. Bonus…they all have their own hot tub and are 🐶&🐴 friendly- yes they have their own stables!

No surprises they are pretty booked up for summer but they do have a few last bits of availability for July & August, so be quick!
