After my last post about this course, we have had a few enquiries to run it later say 5.30 - 7.30 or 6 -8pm would that suit people better?

I will be running a 4 week course, over the 4 weeks we will cover the basic stitches needed to start a small project & reading a simple pattern.
I have hooks & yarn you can use, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer, we can discuss wool required for your project.
Booking a space advised as I only have limited spaces to ensure everyone gets the time they need.

This item has been handmade in the Iranian village of Alamut using traditional techniques. The bag is made of naturally dyed wool, woven by hand and finished to a high standard. All of our bags are handmade and so the patterns are unique to you.

One of the joys of knitting is that it can be done anywhere, whether it be cosied up in front of the TV in the evening or sat out in the sunshine with a glass of wine, it’s the perfect transportable activity.

In July we begin our 4 week Beginners Course where you will learn all the basics of knitting to prepare you for whatever projects you want to turn to next. At Yin Yang Yarn we not only want you to experience the satisfaction of finishing a creative project, but to enjoy the process too. For that reason we choose our class locations to be in a calming environments such as the Arts Cafe in Seaton, Cinderella’s in Beer and Sidmouth Fabrics and Haberdashery.

Welcome to the Yin Yang Yarn page! We are based in East Devon and offer knitting classes for beginners, as well as a variety of projects for proficient knitters- including Premature Baby Project, Cosy Toes and a Pooch Project.
