Perhaps one of my toughest guiding days. But it was a pleasure to support the legend Gareth Thomas on his 10YFan challenge as part of his Tackle HIV Campaign.
The challenge is to climb Pen y Fan 10 times in 24 hours, we did it in 17hrs 20mins, averaging just under 1hr 45mins per up and down!
A big thanks to Chris Thomas of for helping me deliver this extraordinary event!

It was a pleasure to be interviewed by the BBC with regards to responsible tourism in Bannau Brycheiniog. A short piece in Welsh published on their website and a live interview on Saturday evening that was broadcast worldwide 😳!
