Refresh will provide a range of professional holistic therapies in a calm and caring environment. Katrina currently offers expert services in Reiki and Reflexology. Her new salon will open on Monday 9th November 2015 offering specialist services in a calm caring setting. Reflexology is a therapy that works on both feet in relation to the reflex points
, corresponding with parts of the body. Katrina will use oil to stimulate the key median lines on points of the feet. Reflexology offers a unique sensation of care and increased wellbeing for the client. Reiki brings balance and harmony into the body and promotes natural healing. All therapies offered by Refresh will improve circulation, promote sleep and give a feeling of well-being and calmness, recharging your energy levels. Refresh is near the centre of the town with easy parking, therefore offering a convenient and accessible location. The therapies provided include:
One to one personalised therapy. Affordable Complimentary Therapy for all. High Quality expert service. Natural healing process
Mobile treatment service for specific care. The business is owned and managed by Katrina Mc Loone who has over 10years experience as a holistic therapist. Katrina’s qualifications include a Diploma in Reflexology, Advanced Reflexology, Supportive and Palliative care Complimentary Therapy and Reflexology. Positive Energy Training, Enhanced Complimentary Therapy for Cancer Patients and First Degree in Usui Reiki method of natural healing. Her qualifications lead her to be an expert in Holistic Care Provision. For the past 16 years Katrina has been a Community Care worker, encompassing 5 years experience as a voluntary Complimentary Therapist in the Foyle Hospice. She has worked closely with clients in all states of health combining expert community care with specifically tailored Complimentary Therapies. It's amazing 👏 how much of an impact you can have on someone's life, I am overjoyed by the heartfelt donations pouring in online and cash donations on my sponsorship form, your kindness has exceeded my expectations.
People are so generous and loving ❤️ but I can tell you this, a giver will always recieve, by taking time to appreciate others. For it is known you are a mirror image of what is, just look into the mirror and say I love you and that love comes from within 😘

Today, Katrina McLoone, a Holistic Therapist from the Foyle Hospice came in to talk to Mrs McHugh’s year 13 Health and Social care class about the use of holistic therapies in the hospice, and the benefits they bring to the patients. We would like to say a massive thank you to Katrina for not only giving up her time for us, but also for the valuable work she does for the hospice.
