In the run up to Christmas, Darryl, Danii and Lucas took a self-drive trip to the Scottish Highlands and the breath-taking Isle of Skye.

After June’s solstice, some of us may get a little nostalgic that days will slowly get shorter again, and so, many of us simply want to prolong the summer feeling for as long as possible!

Our Treasures of West Country tour takes you to stunning coastlines, spectacular attractions, quaint villages and beautiful cities around Devon and Cornwall!

Eat traditional fish’n’chips or ice cream while watching the waves, admire the breath-taking vistas of the coast and stop in time in small fishing villages and harbour towns of England!

Highlights of the trip are numerous and anyone can find something perfect for themselves during our small group tours! 🐮🐑🐴 Organised every June, the Royal Highland Show is the biggest annual agricultural show of the UK promoting the best of Scottish food and produce, farming and rural life.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Held since 1822, originally on the grounds of Queensberry House in Edinburgh’s Canongate (where the Scottish Parliament building now stands), this year’s show is held from Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 June at Ingliston Estate near Edinburgh, where shows premises were moved to in 1960.

The show is truly incredible and there’s plenty to do for everyone – from family activities, gift shops and various food stalls, to several shows, demonstrations and mini events! Accompanied by live music on Friday and Saturday, you can hear Scottish and even Irish liveliest folk and country bands. 🥁🍀

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Manager Darryl Walters who takes care of our product development recently had the opportunity to travel to Aberdeen in the North East of Scotland for the annual Visit Scotland Connect travel trade event - it proved to be a very busy few days but provided the opportunity to meet and engage with a vast range of our contacts and suppliers from across Scotland including everyone from city hotels to the most rural farmyard visitor experiences.
