• Promotional links that are not related to, or authorised by Canvas Holidays, will be removed.
• Please be careful not to reveal personal information, holiday booking references or travel dates as our wall is a public place.
• If there are any customers that continue to abuse our rules, then we reserve the right to restrict their access to the page. Please note: the Canvas Holidays Facebook public wall is available to post messages on during the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. • The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Canvas Holidays reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
• Canvas Holidays reserves the right to amend competition rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• Canvas Holidays reserves the right to cancel a Facebook competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
• Competition entrants must be UK residents or ROI residents.
• Canvas Holidays reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition.
