Magnificent Villa Kiyi brings you two pools, four bedrooms, breath-taking, all-around views and an unbeatable location. In all our years in Kalkan, we have yet to see a more impressive villa.

With no neighbours on one side, the villa is also more private than most in Kalkan, adding to the sense that you are somewhere really very special. The interiors are designed in this same quietly elegant style, with en suites for all the bedrooms and not forgetting welcome extra touches like the small TV/games room with Playstation.
