🏨 Opening Pine Trees Hotel in Pitlochry
In November, we proudly reopened Pine Trees Hotel after an extensive refurbishment, offering a tranquil, rural escape in the heart of Perthshire.

🍴 Rebranding Liberté Café-Bar & Brasserie
This year saw the relaunch of Liberté at Apex Waterloo Place in Edinburgh, combining vibrant dining with contemporary style.

🏆 Celebrating Our Team
Congratulations to Lyndsey Nicholls from Apex City Quay Hotel in Dundee, who was awarded Employee of the Year at The Courier Business Awards!

🌟 Expanding Our Portfolio
We were thrilled to acquire the prestigious 5-star Vineyard Hotel in Berkshire, an exciting addition to the Apex Hotels family.

❤️ Giving Back
With the help of our incredible teams and guests, we raised an amazing £44,000 for our supported charities this year, making a real difference in the communities we serve.

A Magical Festive Launch at Pine Trees Hotel 🎄
Last week, we marked the grand opening of Pine Trees Hotel with a festive launch party to remember! 🥂

Guests were welcomed with the warm glow of a fire pit, curtesy of Firepit Hire Scotland, where they enjoyed delicious gingerbread marshmallows from the talented The Marshmallow Lady . The evening showcased tastes from our fabulous seasonal menu, stunning cocktails, and festive decorations that perfectly captured the spirit of the season. ✨

To top it all off, Bonnie Mountain Coffee Land-Rover served up hot drinks, adding a unique touch to the celebration. It was a magical evening to introduce Pine Trees Hotel, and we can’t wait to welcome more guests to experience all it has to offer! 🥃
