This May, Wakefield Libraries and other venues across the Wakefield district celebrated words with the return of WordFest!
Over 2,500 people took part in the month-long festival, with libraries hosting over 170 free events. There was something for everyone to enjoy, from puppetry, storytelling, Makaton and music to AI digital workshops and author talks.
