QA Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF)
Did you know that 1 in 4 people in the UK are likely to experience mental health problems each year? Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet whilst we know how to take care of our own physical health. Many people do not know how to support relatives, friends and even colleagues who are experiencing poor mental health.
By developing a greater understanding of common mental health issues, as well as how best to support and guide someone experiencing poor mental health, you can help to reduce the stigma associated with mental health in the UK.
Intended Audience
The QA Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification. This has been specifically designed for those who would like to raise their awareness of mental health in there workplace. You will develop an understanding on how to support, reassure and signpost fellow colleagues to professional support.
Course Overview
Throughout this 2-day course, Learners will develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to actively promote positive mental health in the workplace. You will be covering a range of topics, including: understanding mental health and its importance. How to look after your own well-being as a mental health first aider. Learn about common mental health conditions, how to support those experiencing poor mental health at work and much more.
The normal retail for this course is £245 per learner, we have a number of packages for all types of organisations.

The course will be delivered at your venue, for up to 12 learners (minimum is 7 for subsided cost) over 2 days consecutive, can be booked for delivery up till October that suits the organisation.
