First job of 2024, bathroom maintenance. Remove tiles around the bath, make good and install 4 x 1m wide 10mm thick plastic panels.

A little shower/rest room renovated for a student let. Repair to the rotten floor after the previous shower has been leaking for a long time. The shower tray and enclosure are second hand brought by the customer.

This week's work includes removing old pitch roof with timber shuttering, and rebuilding stronger pitch roof and felt and tiled. Repairs to the gates and closing off the gap to the side, including replacing all of the door furniture and hinges. Install fascia boards and guttering. And finishing off with staining all the woodwork.

I took coving down, plastered walls, painted and installed a pvc ceiling.
