😞 I’ve had serious FOMO this past couple of days as my travel colleagues have been in Sorrento for conference. 🇮🇹

🧠 I decided quite early that I couldn’t manage this year, with other things on. Which was sad after having attended Malaga and Belfast and received fab training and met great suppliers. 🇪🇸 🇬🇧

🗓️ Date for next year has just been announced and I’ve decided this early that I will be there.

🇵🇹 Can’t wait to see what Porto has to offer

Lovely surprise from a client. 🙏💜

✈️These lovely ladies had their flights cancelled when they were in the airport. I dealt with the package supplier out of hours and managed to get them new flights for the next day and overnight accommodation and deal with their refund they were due.

💜 World Mental Health Day 💜

Everyone has periods of poor mental health, but unlike a broken leg many people won’t notice or think that there’s anything wrong. 🧠

It is becoming more acceptable to say you are struggling, but many won’t. 😔 Everybody is a relative of someone and you have no idea what they are dealing with. 😶‍🌫️

I work with adults with mental health conditions and still am reluctant to say when is a bad day, there’s always someone worse off right, I’m grateful for everyone that looks out for me. 🙏

Please know that I’m always here if you need someone. It doesn’t have to be a deep chat, sometimes just sitting in silence or doing something like going for a coffee chatting about mundane things is enough. 🫂

Be kind, sometimes it can make the world of difference. 🫶
