Villa Sonbahar Evi (Late spring house) is a charming detached villa which offers ample accommodation for up to 6 people.

Everything you require from a holiday home and more, amazing scenic views, beach in close proximity, child friendly, private environment and most of all affordable prices! The Villa is located on the Ta**us Mountain hillside overlooking Kalkan Bay and is 10-15 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and Kalkan Old town. There are two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor which open on to a shared bal

cony with wonderful views of the sea and the islands which have been furnished with seating. The roof-top bedroom opens on to a roof terrace with seating and views of Kalkan Bay and all rooms have air conditioning. All the windows and doors have mosquito screening. The ground floor comprises a kitchen-diner which is all fully equipped with all the essentials. Along with a open plan lounge which has seating for six and CD's and DVDs for your entertainment. Outside there is a large private gradient pool,terrace with six sun loungers and parasol's.The shaded veranda terrace, which is gated is ideal for children. It also has a table and chairs for Al fresco dining with a BBQ, great in the summer to watch the sun go down. Surrounding the villa is a shaded garden with lovely plants and trees. The villa is ideal for families and couples wanting a relaxing stress free holiday. If required cot and highchair can be provided on request. On arrival to help you settle in you will be provided with a complimentary welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter, juice etc. Our local English agent will be on hand to offer advice & local knowledge. All towels and linen provided pool and garden cleaned on a daily basis. Villa Sonbahar benefits from having three water storage tanks should the mains supply be off in summer if there is a water problem. There is a secure garage for car parking before you enter the villa. Kalkan has several banks (with ATM machines), post office, doctors surgery, pharmacies, supermarkets and the usual array of shops selling jewellery, shoes/handbags, ceramics, paintings and carpets. We are still adding some final touches and there are further pictures to come. Villa Sonbahar is our holiday home we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do when you book this villa and be charmed by Kalkan and it's people.
