Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the accommodation is well placed for a relaxing holiday. There are lots of nearby interesting places to explore, including the medieval market town of Dinan, which is just 10 minutes' drive away. The port of St Malo at the mouth of the River Rance is a 15-minute drive away and the seaside town of Dinard, with its magnificent beaches, is around 20 minutes' a

way. The city of Rennes, where you can find designer shops and wonderful restaurants, can also be reached in around 20 minutes. There is easy access from the various channel ports or through the Channel Tunnel. If you are flying, Dinard Airport has daily flight connections with Stansted and Bristol. And Rennes Airport connects with Southampton, Southend, Manchester, Dublin, Exeter, Edinburgh, Belfast and other airports in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

A lovely couple who stayed with us a few weeks ago, they don't do Facebook but told me to share their message🥰

Dear Joanne and Jim thank you so much for making our trip to France and holiday in Brittany so successful. You are the best hosts, we really enjoyed our stay at Les Fougeres. From the outset you were so helpful. Great communication and advice from beginning to the end.

We did not want to say goodbye to Brittany but we enjoyed the prospect of sailing home, which was another part of the holiday to look forward to. We would highly recommend travellers from the UK to consider this route, its a real adventure.

Les Fougeres is the perfect place to relax and unwind. You have created an oasis of peace and calm and we highly recommend it. The cottage is lovely, it’s extremely well equipped, just like home from home. It’s certainly better than most if not all Holiday Lets we have stayed at.

We were so privileged to have use of your gardens and enjoyed walks nearby. Our dog Prunes was intrigued with the chickens, she enjoyed the use of the gardens and running about in the apple orchard. We enjoyed your hens eggs but sadly forgot to buy some preserves before we left.

You are both so generous, helpful and kind. The games room is a must we wish we had taken more time to relax in there. There is so much to take in at Les Fougeres, with wonderfully kept gardens, buttercup meadows and blissful sound of birdsong. We could have just stayed there all week. There are plenty of places to see and visit in the area, just not enough time to see it all. Beautiful towns, countryside and the seaside/coast to visit. We would rate Les Fougeres as a 10 out of 10, a must for anyone.

Promener son chien sur la plage toute l'année, été compris, c'est désormais possible à Saint-Briac. Mais attention à ramasser les crottes, sinon le test sera stoppé.
