Trying to recreate a zingy salad I had onboard ’s newest ship . I think the original was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. My reproduction wasn’t quite as good 😩

I’m not a massive fan (yet) of ocean cruises but it’s amazing they way they manage to create such fresh, delicious meals for thousands of people at sea.

Not the Blue Lagoon but Reykjavik’s new Sky Lagoon; it’s similar but there’s no mud to smear on yourself so it’s an altogether less messy experience. I went for the 7 Rituals Experience, which includes the world’s most beautiful sauna with a giant window overlooking the ocean, a rainforest-like shower (except it’s freezing), salty buttery rub (self-administered), steam room, shower and back in the lagoon. My skin has never felt so soft!
