Casa Costa in the Algarve ☀️

Inside, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is a sight to behold. French doors spread across the back wall of this space, providing direct access to the pool and alfresco dining area. ✨ Introducing Villa Rising Sun in Paxos, a brand new three bedroom villa to our portfolio boasting stunning views of rolling hills and crystal blue seas from only £935pp departing in September 2024! ✨

As you make your way up the private drive, you are greeted by Rising Sun in all its glory. Curving around the perimeters is a beautifully built, greek stone wall which ensures you feel secluded when roaming around the grounds. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room which leads out to a large veranda. A twin bedroom with en suite shower room and laundry room can also be found on this floor.

As you make your way upstairs, you are greeted with the master bedroom, a modern room with two windows showcasing the rolling hills of Paxos. This room has its own en suite bathroom, complete with a whirlpool bath bathtub and a private balcony with sea views. Alongside this, there is a second twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a balcony. Villa Gertrudis is ideally located very close to Santa Gertrudis, a charming little village with lovely restaurants, shops and bars. The villa’s central location makes it a perfect spot from where one can explore the island in all four directions. The house is a perfect combination of typical Ibizan architecture, combined with modern comfort and design.

The focal point of the house for enjoying long summer days is the stunning pool area. It is one of our favourite hotels 🙌🏽 around the area🌄 bought by Sir Richard Branson during one of his famous ballooning expeditions. Each of the 29 rooms and suites has been individually decorated to reflect the beautiful architecture of the building and features antiques from all over the world 🌍
