in September.

In 1993, I first qualified to teach fitness classes by achieving 3 distinctions in RSA Exercise to Music. I went on to achieve many other qualifications in various forms of physical exercise, as well as achieving my first qualification to teach Pilates in 2003. After 10 years of teaching many Pilates classes, I decided to put together a holiday package that enabled people to experience a relaxing

vacation which included Pilates classes. The package includes two stunning locations that offer many appealing attractions. Nerja, a typical Spanish town offering tapas, restaurants, coves and stunning views of the Andalusia mountains and
Villa la Suecca a beautiful Villa just outside Nerja. It is nestled high up with stunning all arund.Here you can book an excellent Massage, swim in the pool and
we offer a live music evening and enjoying art like making jewellery fusing glass ,decoupage and more. Enjoy the exquisite food that is all freshly prepared. All special dietary needs are catered for. The other package is again Nerja, followed by staying in a Natrual park just outside Nerja in a Hamlet. El Acebuchal (the lost village). steeped in history and staying in traditional Spanish cottages. Massage and Horse riding are available to book. stunning walks and a private pool for our use only.Spanish owned and dining at their well known family restaurant , all freshly prepared food .
