Hi everyone.....

Squash the Campervan will no longer be available to hire.....primary career and childcare commitments must come first, and the reality is that this leaves little time for hiring out Squash.
Thanks to everyone for all your support and encouragement. Hopefully you'll agree that no matter how well intentioned these endeavours are, they need to be done properly or not at all!

I'll keep posting on this page, but more out of a passion for campervan life than with any commercial intention. Please keep following and sharing, there is still a lot of fun to be had!

Squash does VW festivals!

We've just got back from the amazing 'Dubs at the Mill' VW festival near Yeovil.....sunshine, friends, bbqs, kids, dogs....and of course, lots and lots of amazing VWs.......

Yay, Squash has been booked for the Shindig weekender! ...... What a line up (yes I'm jealous ha ha!!)

We are delivering the van to the festival site and saving our customer the insurance costs.....bonza!

Now being held for 3 days over the May Bank Holiday weekend. Shindig Weekender is back for its 3rd year and we have bought even more friends along to join the party....

Plans are well underway for Squash's road trip to the Alps next month:
Ferry booked.....
Campsite in Morzine paid.....
Van service (oil, filters, plugs) booked in.......
Fridge service booked in....(essential for those cold beers in the French sunshine!)

Take me off to the calmness of the wilderness.....

Vanlife gives us freedom of time and location to follow our passions of mountain biking, surfing, yoga and dance.

These loves of ours are why we chose this lifestyle over three years ago, and although we value and are on a path of simplicity, the truth is we lug around a ton of gear including mountain bikes, surfboards, helmets, backpacks, bike pump, camping gear, hula hoops, slackline, fly fishing gear, yoga mats, yoga blocks, and more.

We recently upgraded our roof box and bike rack to Thule and are really digging the set up. So grateful for their work in creating products that fuel our flow. 🙏🏽

This is our fourth time circling back to the red. Every year our heart strings are pulled by the beauty, mountain biking and friends.

Yet this return feels different. I am freer, without work obligations that tie me to cafes with speedy Wi-Fi. Now is the time to recreate, to re-create the strength in my legs lost from years of sitting. Now is the time to follow rocky dirt roads until they lead us to a forgotten cliff dwelling, an unridden trail or a shift in perspective.
