Our journey continues as we ride through the Gobi Desert! The vast, sandy landscapes are unlike anything we’ve ever seen. Last night, we experienced the raw power of nature, sleeping under canvas during a sandstorm. Despite the challenges, Mongolia remains incredibly special, captivating us with its beauty and spirit.
I love this place.

We have said it so many times on a RAMS Adventure, that the people in the country we are visiting are so welcoming and friendly but on our last trip to Nepal, this has gone to another level.

Nepalis are friendly, warm and welcoming people who take pride in their traditions, religion, music and culture. They have great respect for visitors, including bikers, to their country and every Nepali knows the phrase 'Guest is equal to God'. Giving any gift to a guest is considered an honour and Nepali people take it seriously.

Many of these gifts may simply be just to help, offer tea or just to be friendly and strike up a conversation. However Nepali people are patient, good humoured and rarely hostile.

We still have places on our Himalayan adventures for 2025, come along and see for yourself.
