Holiday Home Yorkshire is a small family run letting agent based in Reeth at the heart of Swaledale. We have around 40 holiday homes in and around Swaledale many of which are pet-friendly with multi-fuel stoves, stunning views, pubs nearby, Free Wi-Fi and walks from the door. We live and work in Reeth and we have visited each cottage that is advertised on our website. So if you have any questions

You’ve got to love a frosty morning walk by the River. Although Poppy was a little disappointed there were no rabbits to chase. The wildlife was very quiet this morning, I think the birds and the rabbits were hunkering down in their burrows and nests, it was a bit fresh!

Welcome to Holiday Home Yorkshire

Welcome to Holiday Home Yorkshire, we are a local holiday cottage agency in Reeth, Swaledale and we love the Yorkshire Dales! Our cottages are in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful scenery and picture postcard villages.

We aim to offer a friendly, personal service to each of our customers through our extensive knowledge of both the cottages and the local area. Our aim is to make it easy for you to find and book your perfect cottage holiday, and make unforgettable memories in this stunning place we call home.

It all began with the purchase of one holiday cottage in 2007 when Sally-Ann and John moved from Skipton to Swaledale. In 2012 Hannah (Sally-Ann and John’s Daughter) left her job and home in the city and headed for the hills to help grow Holiday Home Yorkshire – since then we have acquired a few more cottages to let.

Hannah now runs the business with the help of a small team and of course Sally-Ann and John – although they do keep threatening to retire! It’ll most probably be Hannah you speak to when you phone or email, luckily she has visited all the cottages we let so can help guide you to your perfect holiday home.
