Adventure time in Tunisia - we’ve just got back from a couple of days in the Sahara. Two days of eye wateringly early starts were well worth it as we packed so much in. Starting at El Jem Colosseum and continuing to the desert for an epic camel ride. Then overnight before crossing Chott El Djerid an amazing salt lake and then jumping into a 4x4 for a ride to Onk Jemal, where we discovered the film set city built for Star Wars. And much more besides - so much fun!

Tunisia so far. What a gem of a holiday destination! Beautiful beaches, wonderful warm people and loads of baby animals (not strictly Tunisian - although l've never seen a baby camel before). Staying at the lovely Les Orangers in Hammamet in fab sea view rooms and eating glorious food. Bliss!

I love my job but Friday was a difficult day - I had ten people travelling to or from Heathrow.
I was at my desk at 6 and with the help of our amazing team at Head Office everyone was sorted out - I love how Travel
Counsellors are all hands on deck in a crisis. Yet another reason to book with a trusted travel professional!

I had a lovely day earlier this week at the Travel Counsellors Caribbean takeover at the fab Dilly hotel in Piccadilly, London.
Such a beautiful part of the world with so many different islands each with its own vibe. You can have an active holiday with hikes, scuba diving, giant zip wires and swimming with rays. Or cruise around and check out different islands. Or just relax on a white sand beach to the sound of the gentle waves.

Wow just had my biggest ever holiday booking month. It’s been so busy but I’ve loved helping my customers book their dream holidays and my corporate clients sort their work trips.
Highlights have been a last minute Sri Lanka trip, a fab trip around Greece and Italy travelling by plane, ferry and train to beautiful destinations, Australia and Hong Kong and Malaysia and Singapore combos. Oh and a wonderful Serengeti safari with a Zanzibar beach stay at the end.
Also sunny getaways to Greece, Egypt and the Canaries and canny customers getting in early for skiing next Feb half term.
Top of the list at the moment seems to be Vietnam. Sometimes combined with Cambodia or Thailand or on its own it’s been very popular.
Have been meaning to post these wonderful photos for a while from lovely customers who travelled around Vietnam last October - just an amazing destination!

It’s not often I’m this jealous of one of my customer’s holidays - I am green with envy.
Beautiful Sri Lanka - gorgeous beaches, fabulous culture, tea (I’m a huge fan!) and elephants! Just amazing. The Hilton Yala resort is pictured - not your average Hilton it’s on the Southern edge of the Yala reserve for elephant and leopard spotting but overlooking the Indian Ocean.
And now they are at the fabulous Anantara Kalutara - check out their romantic beach dinner!

I don’t charge a fee so they won’t pay more and am available every step of the way to help. I can tailor make their trip or book well known companies like EasyJet holidays, Jet2, Kuoni, Inghams etc (there’s a huge list of companies I can book). All with full financial protection and a payment plan if needed to spread the cost out.
I also book corporate travel for any work contacts who may be interested - it’s very easy to set up an account with us and my clients find it so much easier than booking it themselves (PAs particularly love my service!)
