My travels over the years have taken me to some amazing places including, Japan – where I lived for some time, USA, South America, Africa, Indian Ocean, Middle East, Caribbean, Australia, Asia, Scandinavia, Europe and even Azerbaijan. As a true aviation geek or ‘anorak’, I’m often spotted with my radio and binoculars at the edge of the runway soaking in the jet fuel. Yesterday I spent the whole day dealing with mass cancellations and flight changes by 1 airline.🥹
Most were significant changes of 8-24 hours or cancellations affecting the whole trip for many Isle of Man clients.

However, none of my clients had to lift a finger, call a call centre, navigate a faceless website, pay any extra costs or fathom out the complex aftermath of such changes.

1 client alone had 3 out of 4 flights affected on the same trip🤯

In some cases additional hotel nights were needed, new flights to be booked, re-routing and new itineraries required resulting in extra costs that have been covered as a TC package. This is the perfect example of how booking with me comes into its own in these situations.😊

30 years ago this month I became the youngest cabin crew to be recruited for Japan Airlines. It was a bit scary leaving home to work in Japan, but I am eternally grateful for the opportunity to do so and learn the art of customer service from the best. 🇯🇵
