Title: SPACIOUS VILLA IN A GREAT LOCATION

Review: My wife and I have recently returned home after a very relaxing four week winter holiday in Joan's spacious villa on Highlands Reserve.
Entry to the villa was by way of an electronic door lock saving the worry about carrying keys or for larger groups giving the opportunity to come and go separately as they please. The villa has a modern alarm system that can be set (armed) for when you are sleeping overnight. The downstairs floors are all professionally tiled with quality tiles and the bedroom floors are all carpeted. Although there are five bedrooms we only made use of the master bedroom with an enormous bed that possibly had the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The large master shower had a good water supply unlike some rentals. The kitchen appliances are all modern and every room has a modern flatscreen tv. The good sized pool (recently re-surfaced) faces south west and gets plenty of sunshine. We had it heated at a reasonable cost and were able to use it each day. Lovely sunsets each night from the pool deck on comfortable loungers. Also a variety of birds visit the trees at the rear and we were fortunate to see a gopher turtle wander through the garden on two occasions. They are apparently an endangered species in Florida. The owner, Joan, was easy to contact and will respond quickly to any messages. Local management company are also available. A couple of points would have meant a five star rating from me.The owner is aware of the stiff operation of the sliding patio door and arranging repair. Although there are two floor safes in the villa neither is available for use by clients. The large garage is empty having no games equipment. Those points aside we would still return to this villa as it is ideally situated to walk (stroll as we're elderly) to Berry Town Centre in about 20 minutes for an evening meal instead of having to drive. We have stayed a number of times in Highlands Reserve and always felt comfortable walking at night time.

What a lovely review Thankyou so much ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Review: My husband and I plus 2 of our friends from the UK have just arrived home from a lovely holiday in Joan's beautiful villa located in our favourite area of Highlands Reserve. The villa is immaculately clean ..beautifully furnished and has everything you could ever need ..The pool area is lovely and looks out on to the golf course...close to many shops ..fast food outlets and restaurants and also being close to the I4 and the 192 ..makes travelling easy . Joan is an absolute dream to communicate with and we could never thank her enough for the kindness she showed to us after multi date changes due to covid. Her management team are also fabulous so we would like to thank Graham and Julio for their kindness too ..we will definitely return to this villa and would highly recommend it to everyone .
